Home Face Liposuction Esthetics

Aesthetic breast enhancements are among the most sought-after procedures in our facilities. As part of breast augmentation procedures, your physician will recommend the most appropriate implant model for you. Breast augmentation surgery can be performed after the development of the mammary gland has been completed from the age of 18.

Breast interventions

In our AKESO POLICLINIC we perform augmentation mammaplasty, which is used to increase the volume of the breasts or to change their shape. At the same time, we also provide our clients with reaugmentation with breast implant replacement, which makes sense in case of damage to the implant or its necessary renewal after several years. A significant advantage of the clinic for clients wishing to change their breasts is the continuous follow-up care in the background of a technologically advanced and modern facility. The price includes surgery, hospitalization, compression devices and also implants.

Augmentation mammaplasty

Breast augmentation is a solution for patients who are not satisfied with the size of their breasts. During the procedure, the patient's breasts are augmented using silicone implants that are hygienic, safe and firm. The patient consults with her physician for size and idea. You can choose between round implants, anatomical implants or implants that follow the natural shape of the breasts (drop shape). The volume of implants most often ranges from 250 to 350 ml. Excessive breast size can put a strain on the spine, so the physician, not the patient, is involved in deciding the size of the implant.

The course of the procedure

The surgery is performed under general anesthesia and takes approximately 1 to 2 hours. The silicone implant can be placed on the surface of the breast muscle, i.e. under the mammary gland or under the pectoral muscle. There are three most common surgical approaches. In the first case, the incision is made at the interface between the two skin types, i.e. between the skin of the breast and the pigmented skin of the areola. The scar in this area is minimally visible. The second option is an incision placed in the submental crease. The scar is thus placed in the fold and is almost imperceptible. The third approach is made from the axilla, so the scar is completely invisible. Most often, the procedure is performed by the submental crease approach.

Recovery

After the procedure, the patient is fitted with an elastic reinforced bra and a modelling belt to fix the implants. The patient is hospitalized for 1 to 2 days as needed. The drains are left in place until the secretion falls below a certain volume. After the drains are checked and removed, the patient goes home with the physician's instructions.

First visible results

The approximate period of incapacity for work is about 14 days. Wearing the breast modelling is individual, usually 4 to 6 weeks. The modelling is first put off for a few hours, then slept in. The results are visible after 3 weeks.

Augmentation mammaplasty

Breast augmentation is a surgical procedure to improve the size and shape of the breasts. During the interview, the surgeon will evaluate the most appropriate method for breast implant placement. Breast implants may be filled with saline or a highly cohesive medical grade silicone gel. Breast implants will be placed behind the breast tissue (sub glandular), behind the pectoral muscle (submuscular) or at the subfascial level, depending on each patient. A small incision may be placed around the areola (circumareolar), in the submammary crease, or at the axillary level, depending on breast characteristics or surgeon and patient preference.

The course of the procedure

The procedure usually takes 50-90 minutes, depending on whether or not it is performed with combined procedures. The patient may leave the surgical facility the same day or remain hospitalized overnight.

For better results and comfort, breast augmentation is performed under general anesthesia.

Recovery

The patient should rest and avoid all types of exertion for at least 48-72 hours. Usually, patients return to their normal life after 5-7 days and should avoid physical exercise and heavy work during the first month after surgery.
