Home Face Liposuction Esthetics

Breast aesthetic enhancements are among the most sought-after procedures at our facility. As part of breast augmentation procedures, your doctor will recommend themost appropriate implant model. Breast surgeries can be performed after the development of the mammary gland has been completed from the age of 18 years.

Breast interventions

In our AKESO POLICLINIC we perform augmentation mammaplasty, which is used to increase the volume of the breasts or to change their shape. At the same time, we also provide our clients with reaugmentation with breast implant replacement, which makes sense in case of damage to the implant or its necessary renewal after several years. A significant advantage of our polyclinic for clients desiring a change in their breasts is the continuous follow-up care in the background of a technologically advanced and modern facility. The price includes surgery, hospitalization, compression devices as well as implants.

Augmentation Mammaplasty

Breast augmentation is a solution for patients who are not satisfied with the size of their breasts. During the procedure, the patient's breasts are enlarged using silicone implants that are hygienic, safe and firm. The patient consults with the doctor about the size and ideas. You can choose between round or anatomical ones, following the natural shape of the breasts (drop shape). The volume of implants most often ranges from 250 to 350 ml. Excessive breast size can put strain on the spine, so the doctor, not the patient, is involved in deciding the size of the implant.

Procedure

The surgery is performed under general anesthesia and takes approximately 1 to 2 hours. The silicone implant can be placed on the surface of the breast muscle, that is, under the mammary gland or under the pectoral muscle. There are three most common surgical approaches. First, an incision is made at the interface between the two skin types, i.e. between the breast skin and the pigmented skin of the areola. The scar in this area is minimally visible. The second incision is placed in the submental crease. The scar is thus located in the fold and is almost invisible. The third approach is made from the armpit, so the scar is completely invisible. The most commonly used approach is from the bra crease.

Reconvalescence

After the procedure, the patient is fitted with an elastic reinforced bra and a modelling belt to fix the implants. The patient is hospitalized for 1 to 2 days as needed. The drains are left in place until the secretion falls below a certain volume. After the drains are checked and removed, the patient goes home with the doctor's instructions.

First visible results

Approximate period of incapacity is about 14 days. Wearing breast modelling is individual, usually 4 to 6 weeks. The modelling is initially delayed for a few hours, then just slept in. Visible results are already visible after 3 weeks.

Reaugmentation with Replacement

Frontlift is a procedure that addresses sagging skin on the forehead and brow.

Procedure

Frontlift is performed under local anesthesia with intravenous sedation or general anesthesia. During the surgery, the sagging skin of the forehead is pulled out and the muscles and fascia are surgically tightened, resulting in smoothing of wrinkles. The incision is made behind the hairline, or in the case of a high forehead, in front of the hairline, thus reducing the height of the forehead. The procedure takes approximately 2 to 3 hours and the length of hospital stay is 1 to 3 days. The sutures will be pulled out 5 to 12 days after the surgery, depending on the follow-up.

Recurrence

Bruising and swelling of the skin may occur after forehead and brow plastic surgery, or there may be increased hair loss. Scarring may also occur, and it is advisable to start gently massaging the scars approximately two weeks after surgery. After surgery, hair colouring and facial tanning should be limited for two to three months. Return to normal activities is possible approximately 2 weeks after surgery.
